Together, we move the industry forward

Representing our 2024 winner, Joe Barrett, Group Chief Executive Officer, Applegreen, captured the essence of this global initiative “you put yourselves forward, you learn from each other.

This competition gives us an opportunity to see who some of the best in the world are.”

Our thanks and appreciation to all the participating teams in 2025.

While only one store will be crowned the winner, this competition is ultimately about enhancing industry learning in the way that our industry always has – by sharing and celebrating success and innovation.
