STATE OF THE INDUSTRY REPORT HIGHLIGHTS TRUE VALUE OF CONVENIENCE

This week’s unveiling of the State of the Industry Report by the Australasian Association of Convenience Stores (AACS), which shows the convenience channel achieved 3.4% sales growth in 2012, demonstrates the true value of convenience stores in an increasingly time poor society.

AACS Chief Executive Officer Jeff Rogut said the report reinforces the fact convenience stores continue to fulfil an important role in the community, with customers responding to the overall value proposition that stores offer.
