TUCSON, Ariz. – QuikTrip Corp. added its new, made-to-order QT Kitchens concept to 13 of its 19 Tucson stores, and installation of the concept is expected to be completed at the remaining stores by April 28, according to an Arizona Daily Star report.
QT Kitchens feature fresh, made-to-order food offerings such as breakfast sandwiches, pizza, smoothies, specialty coffee drinks and more.
“We want to give our customers an elevated food and drink experience,” Andy Houdashelt, director of food for QuikTrip, told the news outlet. “And that means providing a brand-new menu full of flavor and variety.”
The QT Kitchens counters operate from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Prepackaged sandwiches and roller grill hot dogs are still available.
QuikTrip is currently working to install QT Kitchens counters inside most of its nearly 700 convenience stores, according to the report.
