National Account Manager – Structured Convenience

The Convenience & Foodservice (CFS) team is currently looking for a dynamic National Account Manager to join our Dairy and Drinks business. This role reports into the National Convenience Channel Manager and is based at our Docklands site.
The purpose of the role is to partner key customers towards delivering sustainable growth through implementing compelling & effective plans. Critical to your success will be strong communication and influencing skills across key Lion & customer contacts at a National and State level. In this role you will build insights based commercial strategies that deliver with excellence the Lion category & portfolio plans in market. Further, you will be responsible for:
• Driving strong customer engagement
• Achieving financial & market growth targets
• Delivering strong market place plans for Lion categories and portfolio through category reviews, innovation, promotions and price strategies.
• Impact and influence in building and supporting aligned Channel and Account plans.
To be successful, you will have a blend of the following skills, qualifications & competencies:
• Tertiary qualification in either Business or Commerce
• Commercial experience required – minimum 5 years
• FMCG selling and management required
• Excellent communication, relationship building & negotiation skills
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Fact based and insight driven selling skills
