‘Food is the Future’

Monash University has  developed a Food Incubator to foster innovation and new developments in food. The investment runs to several million dollars and is a state of the art facility at Monash Uni in Clayton which has only recently been completed.

I am bringing this to your attention as it may have some application for your business as our industry looks at taking its food offer forward,  and you may well see an opportunity for your business to utilize this new one of a kind facility.

Nicolas Georges,  Director  Food and Agriculture Innovation [nicolas.georges@monash.edu  Industry Professor, Faculty of Science, School of Chemistry, Monash University, Clayton Campus] heads up this facility and he  also has a solid commercial background having worked previously with Mondelez. A very knowledgeable and worthwhile person to connect with.
