7-Eleven Australia’s Fuel Pass card has received five-star ratings from Australian businesses surveyed, winning Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers 2022 Award in the Small to Medium Business Fuel Cards category.
According to Matt Keogh, 7-Eleven Executive General Manager – Product, the award recognises the work of the team to provide small and medium businesses with a fuel card product that is tailored to their needs.
“Winning the Canstar Blue 2022 Most Satisfied Customers Award in this category is an extraordinary effort by the entire team to design a competitive fuel card offer, and then provide a market leading in-store offer and overall customer service experience.”
“Our customers are at the heart of how we design our products. In the case of our fuel card, we want to ensure we provide a solution that gives our customers the value, simplicity and security that they need to manage the fuel costs of their businesses,” Mr Keogh said.
“7-Eleven Fuel Pass card offers discounts on every litre of quality Mobil fuels purchased at 7-Eleven’s more than 550 fuel stores nationwide. It has no transaction or joining fee, and instead offers a low monthly card fee of $2.75 per card each month.
“It gives users additional flexibility as it is also accepted at other fuel outlets who use the WEX Motorpass network across Australia. There’s also no lock in contracts, up to 44 payment free days, and multiple payment options.”
He said “it also gives business owners the choice of what can be purchased with their cards, fuel only, fuel and vehicle type products, or the combined 7-Eleven fuel and convenience offer and a range of other controls designed to allow them the flexibility to choose what works for their business.
“I am proud of the work of the team that has led to this recognition from Canstar Blue, and most importantly our customers. It’s fantastic to see we are leading the market in the offer and experience we provide to fuel card customers.”
