AACS Peter Jowett Award
The AACS Peter Jowett Convenience Retail Award is a unique opportunity for our younger future leaders within the AACS membership to challenge others in Australia on thinking about the opportunities for our industry. Our industry is blessed with a large talent pool with strong ambitions to be future leaders in business, and this process is designed to highlight & promote this talent.
Entrant Criteria:
- The PJ awards is open to all AACS Retailer and Supplier members under the age of 36.
- Applicants don’t need to work directly in the Convenience Channel, they can be from another part of your company.
Registration & Award Process:
- Initially, employees from Retailer and Supplier member companies are invited to select candidates aged between 21 and 36 years of age for this year’s competition (candidates must be no older than 36 years of age on 31st of May 2024).
- Participants are to submit a written paper of no more than 4000 words OR a PowerPoint presentation of 10 slides on the topic.
- A one page biography is also required at the time of submission.
- The presentations will have a time limit of 12 minutes.

Envisioning the Future: How will AI Revolutionize Convenience Retailers to Enhance Customer Convenience and Operational Efficiency?
