National Account Manager – Convenience Channel

The Convenience sales team are currently looking for an energetic, dynamic and commercially minded National Account Manager to join our Dairy and Drinks business. This role reports into the National Convenience Channel Manager and is based at our Docklands site.

The purpose of the role is to drive sustainable growth through implementing effective plans & building strong relationships with Key Accounts nationally. Critical to your success will be communication and strong influencing skills with key contacts at a National and State level, both internally and externally. In this role you will build compelling commercial plans that deliver with excellence the Lion portfolio and innovation plans in market. You will also apply your strong financial and analytical skills to drive effective outcomes around pricing, promotional investment, inventory management and trading terms for Lion and our customers. Further, you will be responsible for:

· Accelerating partnering to strengthen our customer engagement
· Achieving Lion’s commercial objectives
· Embracing the development and growth of your constructive behaviours and capability
· Adding value to cross functional initiatives to support our team members to achieve the goals of the business

To be successful, you will have a blend of the following skills, qualifications & competencies:
Commercial experience
FMCG experience
Excellent communication, relationship building & negotiation skills
Strong financial and analytical skills
Solid fact based and insight driven selling skills
Tertiary qualification in either Business or Commerce
National Account Management experience welcomed but not essential
